How can I track my order?

Will I have to pay customs or import fees?

My tracking shows “delivered” but I haven’t received my parcel, what should I do?
First, check with neighbours, building management or your local post office, as parcels are sometimes left in a safe place. If you still can’t locate your order, contact our customer support with your order number and tracking link so we can help investigate with the carrier.
I entered the wrong address, can you change it?
If you notice an error in your address, contact us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to update it before the order is dispatched, but we cannot guarantee changes once it is with the carrier. Orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer are not eligible for a free replacement.
Can I modify or cancel my order?

What is your return policy for Claryon Hair Growth?
For safety and hygiene reasons, we are only able to accept returns of unopened, unused products in their original packaging, within a limited time period after delivery. Please refer to our dedicated Returns & Refunds page for full conditions and instructions before sending anything back.
My order arrived damaged or incorrect, what should I do?
We’re sorry if your order didn’t arrive in perfect condition. Please contact us within a few days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue (damaged box, broken seal, wrong product…). Our team will review your case and arrange a replacement or solution as quickly as possible.
When will I receive my refund?
Once a return has been approved and received back at our facility, refunds are typically processed within a few business days. The credit will be issued to the original method of payment. Your bank or card issuer may need additional time to display the refund on your statement.
Can I return a used or empty bottle?
Due to health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns of opened, used or partially used bottles. If you’re unsure whether Claryon is right for you, we recommend starting with a single bottle and checking how your hair responds over several weeks.
Which payment methods do you accept?

In which currency will I be charged?

My payment was declined, what can I do?
First, check that all card details and your billing address are correct and that you have sufficient funds. You can also try a different card or payment method. If the problem continues, contact your bank or payment provider, as they may be blocking the transaction for security reasons.
How do I use a discount code or promotion?
If you have a valid discount code, you can enter it in the dedicated box at checkout before completing payment. The reduction will be applied automatically if the code is valid for your basket. Some promotions cannot be combined or may only apply to specific products or order values.
I forgot to apply my discount code, can you add it afterwards?
Unfortunately, once an order has been placed we usually cannot modify the total amount charged. You can keep your discount code for your next purchase, provided it is still valid at that time.
